The World Liberty Congress is the biggest gathering of pro-democracy leadership, representing:
- Activists from 60 countries ruled by autocracy.
- Hundreds of WLC members in 5 regional networks.
The YLC brings together student leaders attending universities in authoritarian countries to build a network of democrats across the world.
Vision & Mission Their mission as the Youth Liberty Congress, is to create the world's first-ever global pro-democracy youth movement by connecting, coaching, and empowering young activists in diaspora communities and within authoritarian regimes. This collaboration is powered by leaders aged 18-35 from Latin America, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia who seek to resist autocracy together.
